Please read below about our policy with our kittens as it is important.


We now require a 25% deposit on pet kittens & 30% deposit on breeding/show cats at the time of booking due to time wasters. This deposit is NON refundable

Show Cats

We sometimes let kittens go as show kittens/cats. We only let kittens go that we believe have the potential to do well.

Having been breeding NFC's for over 6 years we know when a kitten/cat shows the potential to do well & ask that the person wanting to show be guided by us.

However we can not guarantee show success & will not be held responsible if a kitten does not do well at a show.

We can not guarantee show success as every judge is entitled to their own opinion which might be different to ours.

We will not let a kitten go for show that we would not be prepared to keep & show ourselves

We do not charge extra for a show kitten. We believe showing is something that is fun & is an extra to having a loving pet. The kitten from us is always a pet first, a show cat second.

SnowStars policy with kittens:
  • All kittens are reared in our home & are raised underfoot. So they are very well socialised & used to other cats.
  • All kittens are registered with The Governing Cat Council of South Australia (GCCFSA). Part of the Australian Cat Fancy (ACF).
  • At least 2 (3 if going overseas) vaccinations against the common Feline diseases of Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panlukopenia. (If going overseas it will be vaccinated against Chlyamidia as an extra protection).
  • Will have been treated several times with "Popantal or Felix Paste" as a precautionary treatment for parasites & is guaranteed not to have fleas.
  • Will have been desexed between the ages of 10 - 12 weeks of age (Unless bought for breeding)
  • Will be micro-chipped
When leaving us SnowStars Kittens come with:
  • Come with 6 weeks Pet Plan insurance. (Australia only)
  • Certified Pedigree from The Feline Association of NSW Inc
  • Decorative Pedigree
  • Vaccination certificate
  • Extensive Kitten Care Notes
  • A couple of toys they are used to
  • Our assurance that we can be contacted any time for help or information.


Please Note: Just because you enquire about an available kitten does not mean you will automatically be allowed to purchase one. We care deeply about our kittens & if we do not feel the home is suitable we will reserve the right to refuse someone wanting one of our babies.

We do not sell kittens over the internet either. We want to meet the people wanting one of our babies. Becuase Australia is a long way from other countries & in itself a big country we do understand that this is not always feasable. In this case we require that we have communication with the person wishing to adopt one of our babies via the telephone, not just email. We also require references from Veterinary surgeons & in some cases Cat Associations in an over seas country. This is because we are determined that none of our kittens will end up for sale in a pet shop, living in a small cage.
